Our business is driven by our customer’s needs and much of that involves custom products with many materials. We stock many products that are items that sell often at our shows and through online and phone orders. Repeat customers is a big part of our business, so your satisfaction is our goal with any project we accept.


What’s your return policy?

We make every effort to ensure that your order has been completed as you requested and to the highest standard. If we have made an error with your project, we will be happy to correct the problem. Return of custom items for other reasons are not accepted.


Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?

Yes, in most cases we’ll ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries. Any questions regarding shipping will be resolved during the ordering process.


Do you have customer service?

We do not use a call center to provide customer services. The people you will be working with are involved with the creation of your project and will answer any and all questions you may have up-front and during the process.
